BOOKING POLICY

I value your time and my time, which is why I’ve put the following policy in place:

• 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service price.

• No-shows (failure to attend with no prior notice) will be charged the full service price.

• If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

This policy allows me to serve all my clients fairly, and ensures your appointment time is respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! By proceeding to make a booking you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
