BOOKING POLICY

We value your time and own time, which is why the following policy is in place:

• 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service price.

• No-shows (failure to attend with no prior notice) will be charged the full service price.

• If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.​
